What this is

A private, non-commercial service run as a hobby. It is free, it is provided as-is, and it carries no warranty of any kind: no guarantee of availability, no guarantee that anything you store here will survive, no guarantee it will still exist next month. Data may be reset, rolled back or deleted at any time, with or without notice.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done with your account.
• One person per account — do not share, sell or transfer it.
• You must be old enough to consent to your own data being processed where you live (16 in much of the EU, lower in some countries).
• Do not use faults, automation or unauthorised tools to gain an advantage over other users.
• Do not harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Access may be suspended or removed at any time. For a free hobby service, no appeal process is promised.

Content you create

Anything you write or create here remains yours, but you grant the operator the practical permission needed to store and display it as part of running the service. Anything unlawful or abusive will be removed.

This service is independent, non-commercial and provided free of charge. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any company, publisher or rights holder.

All trademarks, names, artwork and other marks associated with any software you may use to access this service remain the property of their respective owners. No claim is made to them, and no ownership or licence over them is asserted or implied.

No proprietary software, artwork, audio or other copyrighted material is distributed here. You must already lawfully own and supply any software you need, and you are responsible for holding whatever licence that requires.

Nothing on this service is sold, and no payment, subscription, donation or other consideration of any kind is accepted. There is no commercial activity of any sort.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost data, lost time, downtime, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using this service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or intent and gross negligence.

Ending it

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time — see the privacy notice. The operator may withdraw the service entirely at any time.

These terms may change; the date above will change with them. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new version.
